 PATENTED METAL TUBE CLEANER:  Our patented metal tube cleaner has a unique design with many benefits. This design allows a longer cleaner life, simply because the cleaner life is based on the resilent rubber bushing and not the blade spring tension.  The unique slide adjuster transfers the force directly to the resilient rubber bushing.  This forces each independent blade outward to clean its own portion of the tubes.  This can be set to remove various deposits like silt, slime, clams, barnacles, manganese, calcium carbonate, and silica safely.  This design allows 12 points of contact between the cleaner and tube.  Used in 5/8" to 1 1/4" tubing.


 PATENTED PLASTIC TUBE CLEANER: Our patented plastic tube cleaner has the same unique design as our metal cleaner.  The difference is our plastic cleaner is for soft deposits, yet it still keeps the long life expectancy and the 12 points of contact to adequately clean the whole tube  Used in 7/8" and 1" tubing.






 STAINLESS STEEL TWISTED WIRE BRUSH: Also water powered, our stainless steel brush offers an alternative projectile for tube cleaning.  This style of brush has hundreds of bristles that provide multiple points of contact which removes various deposits.  The rubber bushing end provides an easier loading capability, and acts as a plunger to propel the brush through the tube.  Used in 3/4" to 1 1/4" tubing.




 
 HEADED NYLON COIL BRUSH: This brush is designed to remove soft deposits such as mud, silt, and slime, also can be used in thin wall metal inserts and enhanced tubing.  Used in 5/8" to 1 1/4" tubing.








 WOODEN DOWEL COIL BRUSH: This is a nylon bristle brush with a wooden dowel center shaft, used to remove soft deposits.  Used in 5/8" to 1 1/4" tubing.







 
FINNED PLASTIC CLEANER: This plastic cleaner with flexible fins is designed to remove light deposits such as silt and slime. This design is user friendly with the easy load and shooting capability.  Used in 5/8" to 1 1/4" tubing.





  ACCESSORIES



 PUMP UNIT: This pump delivers 35gpm. at up to 800 psi.  It is equipped with a 10 hp 60 Hz motor, which runs on 220 or 440 volts 3 phase.  Comes assembled with    1 1/2" NPT. Inlet port and two 3/4" NPT. Outlet ports.  Built on a sturdy frame with wheels for portability.  This pump can be used on main surface condensers, auxilary condensers, and heat exchangers.  Operating instructions included.





 ALUMINUM WATER GUN: Our aluminum water gun can be sold preassembled with heavy duty swivel, gauge adapter, pressure gauge, desired nozzle, and splash guard.  This gun is manufactured from a durable lightweight aluminum to reduce user fatigue.









BRASS WATER GUN:      Our brass water gun can be sold preassembled with heavy duty swivel, gauge adapter, pressure guage, desired nozzle, and splash guard.









 HEAVY DUTY SWIVEL: This swivel connects the gun to the hose allowing the user to rotate the gun 360 degrees.  This helps make the gun movement easier and keeps the hose from twisting.





 SPLASH GUARD: Our transparent splash guard slides onto the nozzle to fit against the tube sheet while shooting.  This prevents splash back from occuring and keeps the user dry.






 
NOZZLES: Our brass nozzles can be used with either our brass or aluminum water guns.  They range in sizes from 1/2" to 1 1/4".








 
GAUGE ADAPTER: Our gauge adapters are used to mount the gauge quickly and easily to either water gun.






 
GAUGE: Our guages range from 0 to 200, 0 to 400, or 0 to 600 psi.  They screw into the gauge adapter quickly and leak free.








 INLET HOSE: This 1 1/2" hose has a wire braided flexible construction, comes standard in 50' lengths, with 1 1/2" male NPT pressed on fittings, and is rated at 1000 psi.  Can be ordered in various lengths.








 OUTLET HOSE: This 3/4" hose has the same wire braided flexible construction as the 1 1/2" hose above.  Sold in standard 50' lengths with 3/4" male NPT pressed on fittings and is rated at 1000 psi.  Can be ordered in various lenths.  (WATER GUN SOLD SEPARATE)







INSPECTION LIGHT: This one million candle power light makes visual inspection a breeze. It requires a 110 volt power supply which is reduced by an inline 12 volt transformer for safe operation. This light with cord totals 50' in length.





ROD: This rod is constructed of a flexible fiberglass with a durability to work in confined spaces such as condenser water boxes. Used to remove blockage due to debris build up in condenser and heat exchanger tubing. Comes with brass tip and can be ordered in any desired length.

 
 PLUGS


 FIBER PLUG: This hydroscopic material will expand when wet to seal the tube.  Used for temporary plugging stituations in condensers and heat exchangers.




 
O.D. RUBBER TUBE PLUG: This adjustable rubber plug can be inserted in the tube until stopped by the large washer on the nut end, which prevents the plug from moving inside the tube.  This plug can be both permanent and temporary, designed to be easily tightened to seal the tube.  This plug will hold up to pressures of 350 psi.  Avaliable in Brass, Bronze, and Stainless Steel.



 I.D. RUBBER TUBE PLUG: This rubber plug has attributes like the O.D. Rubber Tube Plug above, but one unique feature to this is the ability to insert the entire plug into the tube allowing the plug to be flush with the tube sheet.  Avaliable in Brass, Bronze, and Stainless Steel.



 
1 PIECE PIN PLUG: This one piece design can be hammered permanently into the tube to create a stable seal.  Can be made from Brass, Stainless Steel, Bronze, and any other material to match your tubing.




 
2 PIECE PIN AND COLLAR PLUG:  This two piece design can be permanently hammered into the tube or tube sheet to create a stable seal.  Can be made of brass, stainless steel, bronze, and any other material to match your tubing.
