O.P.P.D. Test of No Metal Removed:
Projectile Tube Cleaning has been offering the best in Tube Cleaning Products and Services. We have run into many
situations and competitor statements. One of the most used false statements is that our scraper damages the tubes of your
condenser and/or Heat Exchangers. To prove this to be wrong, a test was done using our patented metal scraper at two
OPPD Power Stations. The first was at the North Omaha Station using our scraper set at 6 lbs. of resistance with the sample
being shot and collected by a P.T.C. crew. The second was taken at the Nebraska City Station using our scraper set at 12 lbs.
of resistance with sample being shot and collected by OPPD employees. These samples were then sent to the lab to be dried
and weighed for deposit weight. The dry samples were then sent to be fully analyzed to determine the make-up of deposit
and to be checked for any metal particles. As you can see from the report there were no metallic objects of any kind found
