Metal Scrapers
Our Patented Metal Scraper is specially designed to SAFELY remove deposits such as mud, silt, slime, manganese, calcium silica, from condenser and heat exchanger tubes. Designed for a long life expectancy meaning it is good for approximately 15
passes and is uniquely adjustable for your tube cleaning needs. These Patented Metal Scrapers are available for 5/8” to 1 ¼” tubing.
Plastic Scrapers
Our Patented Plastic Scraper has the same unique adjustable design as our metal scraper but uses a thick polymer blade. This allows for better coverage, longer life, and greater success for deposit removal over other plastic cleaners. Our plastic cleaners are designed for use in 7/8” and 1” tubes and for removing soft to mildly hard deposit.
U-Tube Cleaners
Our Patented U-tube Scraper is designed with function in mind. Based on the design used in both our metal and plastic scrapers the U-tube scraper uses the adjustable design with the addition of a smaller profile to allow it to clear the tight radiuses often found in U-tube style heat exchangers and coolers. Stainless Steel Brush
Our Stainless Steel Brushes have hundreds of points of contact for removing various deposits. The rubber bushing ends are designed to make these more user friendly at the same time they act as a plunger to propel the brushes through the tube. These Stainless Steel Brushes are available in ¾” to 1 ¼” sizes.
Wooden Dowel Nylon Brush
These nylon style brushes use a wooden dowel core which gives them a bi-directional design. This design allows them to outlast the traditional headed brush because they aren’t being loaded the same direction all the time keeping the bristles from getting bent over in one direction so easily. These nylon brushes are great for removing soft mud and slime like deposit and are available in sizes ranging from 5/8” to 1 ¼ “
