Aluminum Water Gun

Projectile Tube Cleaning’s Aluminum Water Gun is designed with durability, function, and user friendliness in mind. Compared to other guns on the market, these guns have a smoother trigger action which keeps the user from getting fatigued so quickly while performing their tube cleaning tasks. PTC offers the Aluminum Water Gun as just the frame or a complete assembly which includes Aluminum Gun Frame, Heavy Duty Swivel, Gauge Adapter, Gauge, Splash Guard, and a Nozzle of choice.

Projectile Tube Cleaning offers nozzles in 5/8”, ¾”, 7/8” 1”, 1-1/8” and 1-1/4” sizes to thread onto their guns to make the system able to shoot just about any

condenser or heat exchanger in most facilities. Available in Brass, Delran, or Stainless Steel.

Fiberglass Push Rod

Projectile Tube Cleaning’s Flexible Fiberglass Rod comes assembled with a brass tip on one end and are cut to any custom length needed by the facility. PTC’s Fiberglass Rod has a durable design to work in confined spaces to be used to remove

blockages due to debris buildup in condenser and heat exchanger tubes.

This 3/4" mine spray hose has a wire braided flexible construction rated at 1000 psi. Sold in standard 50' lengths with 3/4" male NPT pressed on fittings that are designed to thread to fittings used on Projectile Tube Cleaning's pump and water gun assembly. (WATER GUN SOLD SEPARATE)

1-1/2” diameter 1,000 psi rated hoses with pressed on NPT fittings which adapt to many style of fittings to make it effortless to hook up at your facility. The Inlet hoses are available in twenty five (25) feet and fifty (50) feet lengths.

Pump

Projectile Tube Cleaning’s Pump delivers 35 gpm at up to 800 psi. They come equipped with a 10HP 60Hz 220/440 Volt 3 phase motor, a 1-1/2” NPT inlet port and two ¾” NPT outlet ports, gauges for monitoring, and regulator for pressure adjustments. Designed perfect for condenser and heat exchanger tube cleaning projects. Projectile recommends operating pressure to be around 325psi to 450psi for normal tube cleaning projects.
